The APCOB, Apoyo Para el Campesino-Indígena del Oriente Boliviano (support for the Indigenous Peasant of the Bolivian East) is a nongovernmental human organization, founded in 1980. From 1978 it supports meetings between villages guarani, ayoreo, chiquitano and guarayo leading to the creation of the indigenous Confederation of the people originating in Bolivia, CIDOB. Currently APCOB Co-carries out the projects of support for exploitation of the natural resources with the indigenous communities and carries out projects of communication and intercultural education. The organization receives the financial support of various agencies of co-operations.
